Lifeline is a 24hr free community phone line that provides mental health support.

ACC FUNDED COUNSELLING

Anyone in New Zealand who has experienced any kind of sexual assault or abuse is eligible for free counselling, funded by ACC.

See your GP to find out more or find a ACC-accredited counsellor here and make contact with them directly and they can talk you through the process.

If you are not based in Auckland or Wellington, see your usual GP or look online to find out what support services are available in your area.
